About Petzold Portables

We produce tailor-made quality buildings

Company owners, Talyan and Cheri Petzold understand that buying a building is more than getting a structure; when you’re building your dream, you need to trust that it’s going to last. They understand the importance because owning Petzold Buildings is their dream.

The Petzold’s bought the business in spring of 2000 with a dream to take the company and instill it with his core values. Honesty, a fair price and American made are just a few of the values which benefit their customers. Says Talyan, “We still get calls to relocate buildings that were purchased under the previous ownership. Some were bought 24 years ago and they’re still in prime condition!”

In this day and age of big business and outsourcing, the Petzold’s took a stand in 2000 when they purchased the business. That was to be a local family company. To this day the operations are family owned and operated out of Blair, Oklahoma. With some 9,800 total square feet devoted to the creation of custom-built products, owner Talan loves being a “hands-on” kind of guy. “I used to have to travel and be away from my family a lot! Now, we’re sharing a business that allows me to spend time with my family. That’s important to me. We work with other families and companies to build their dreams!”

Quality is number one and the lifespan of our sustainable buildings prove their worth time and again.

I have had the 12x32 with tall sides and loft for around 6 years now and it’s been awesome! It’s as sound today as the day I bought it.
